2. Your goals and reasons for exploring ownership.
We have a conversation to understand your Financial goals, lifestyle goals, flexibility, and long-term plans. Weekends? Evenings? Staffed? Home-based? Brick & mortar? Semi-passive? Income expectations?
3. Your transferable skills and strengths.
Understanding your skill set helps determine the best franchise choice for you. We match businesses to what you naturally do well and equally as important, what skill areas where you will need most help.
4. Your Investment range and funding strategy
It starts with understanding your current financials and credit rating. In many if not all situations, it is better to borrow rather than use money on hand. This is critical to understanding what type of business makes most sense based on your financial picture and goals.
5. Your Process Readiness
There is a fair amount of work on your part that goes into exploring franchise opportunities. While you are interviewing franchisors, the Franchisor is basically interviewing you for fit. Although, we will guide you, we cannot make decisions for you. Nor can we attend your calls with the Franchisor (I’ll explain why when we chat). You have to be committed to jumping on calls/ meetings during your discovery process.

I will guide you throughout the entire exploration process and beyond. You determine timing and engagement frequency; I provide knowledge and expert support.
